Gary picked up a new Rode Podcaster – Large Capsule Broadcast Quality Dynamic Microphone with Rode PSA 1 Swivel Mount Studio Microphone Boom Arm and Rode PSM Shockmount for Podcaster (link).  It’s an XLR mic (he was hoping for USB) so he also picked up the M- Audio Fast Track (link) to convert the sound to USB.

Gary announced that the Subsonic 4.7 beta 1 has been released.  He has it up and running on his own private site at  http://XW8600.subsonic.org     Use “guest” for username and password.  Ignore SSL warning.
