#38 The Fitness Tech Podcast: Jamie is Moving and David Seevers Interview before Ironman Canada!

Jim and Jamie are back again with Show #38 of the Fitness Tech Podcast. This week is Jamie’s last at Gallup as she is moving on to new opportunities at home with her kids. The podcast will still continue, Jim will just have to make some adjustments and lunch time podcast will no long be possible. Good luck Jamie!

#35 Fitness Tech Podcast: I Think I’m Going to Lose a Couple Nails After this One!

Jim and Jamie are back after a couple week break to update everyone. The water is rising on the Missouri and flooding some parts of Omaha but nothing can stop the podcast! Things must continue.
Jamie recently finished a half Marathon in Norfolk NE. http://www.laughandahalfmarathon.com/ She did do well but had some issues with her shoes. It was warm and Jamie gives some good advice on surviving a long run when the weather is hot. She also give some feedback on the race as well as reading some comments of the race from active.com.

The Fitness Tech Podcast #2 Junk Food? That’s a Great Diet!

The best thing about Show #2 is that we made it through Show #1! Thanks to all those who took the time to download and listen to our very first Fitness Tech Podcast. We enjoyed recording it!
In Show #2, Jamie and I again talk fitness and tech. Jamie shared a post about a guy who went on a 30 crash diet and only ate junk food. You would think he would have gained a bunch of weight, but you will be surprised at his results!
