The guys spent the first 15 minutes talking about where to purchase cables.  Amazon and Monoprice were the two most popular.  Mike like Apple Certified cable when he buys them.

To protect your systems you need anti-virus and anti-malware. I use Intel Security(McAfee) LiveSafe and Malwarebytes Pro.
