I’m sure you had a busy week! I know I did. It was a holiday week with Monday being Memorial Day for us here in the US. Traditionally that means some down time or BBQ in the back yard. Omaha Heart Walk It not often that I get two major fitness events in the same weekend. It couldn’t have been better! Saturday was the 2010 Omaha Heart Walk that raised money for the American Heart Association. I have never done a charity event like this before so it was kind of a new adventure. Our team raise over $1100 and had 8 walkers join us on the 4 mile trek from the Con Agra campus, through and around the Gallup campus and finish by looping back around the Qwest Center in downtown Omaha. One of the best shows for the home pc enthusiast. I've been listening to it each week for over two years and I'd highly recommend it. Jim and team are very professional and the show is very informative.
This is one podcast you dont want to miss. They may talk alot of tech but they make it so anyone can understand it. Dont get lost in the tech jungle list to what they say and do your research. Subscribe and be treated to a ton of knowlage.
