Jim – Had one of the 8 TB Seagate drives go bad this week. RMA process was 5 minutes and super simple. $12 priority and shipping is included. They send a replacement, I send the old one back
Jim – Erin Lawrence is on in 3 weeks. She just reviewed a robot window washer. Price is steep, but I think I really need one.

I say this every time but with the Cisco switch and UnRaid box up and running the rack is now complete… until the next upgrade.
