February 25 brought the next edition of Trek Up the Tower. I ran this race for the first time last year and was looking forward the the 2012 version. This event is always well run, limited in numbers and well supported by the community. Last year I climbed the 40 flights in [spp-timestamp time="7:25"]. This year was a bit slower. One, I ran alone (last year I ran with Jamie) and two, Dave and I had scheduled a 13 mile run after the climb. Part of the process was to install the WHS Drobo Status Beta 2 Add-in from Ross Dargan that can be found over at the Home Server Show Forums. http://homeservershow.com/forums/index.php?/files/category/7-whs-drobo-status/ The Add-in was part of a contest that we ran over at http://homeservershow.com. Ross answered the call and produced not only an initial beta, but now a second one as of January 15 2012. Here is what it looks like on my system. I actually have two Drobos.

One of the best shows for the home pc enthusiast. I've been listening to it each week for over two years and I'd highly recommend it. Jim and team are very professional and the show is very informative.
This is one podcast you dont want to miss. They may talk alot of tech but they make it so anyone can understand it. Dont get lost in the tech jungle list to what they say and do your research. Subscribe and be treated to a ton of knowlage.
