The Garmin 220 – – I have really enjoyed having this watch.  I use it mostly for tracking my run times, but I am wearing it now as a full time watch.  Bluetooth sync, easy to use and very, very light, I really recommend this watch.

Want to take a setup with some additional features?  Touchscreen, calculated recovery time and VO2 max estimates just a part of what is an upgrade from the FR 220.
