Anyone using a dash cam? I installed this one earlier this week and was surprised at the quality and ease of use for the $40 price tag. It is one of those set it and forget it kind of items that starts recording when you start the car and stops when you turn the car off. It does not have any of the GPS or other fancier features but does what I need it to do, record while driving. I also like that I was able to use a long mini USB cord and plug it into my 4 port Anker USB car charger that I already use for my phone and Bluetooth adapter. What brands are you guys using?

Totally non tech, but totally satisfying to watch someone build something with very low tech.  In a world of machines that last 2 or 3 years, its fun to think about a product that might last 100 years.
