It was an early start this morning and a 45 minute drive out to Eagle Nebraska for the 2nd Annual Eagle 10K/5K/1M run. This is a small town race run by the local PTA to benefit the public school. They had a little over 100 for both the 5 and 10K. I didn’t stay for the one mile kids run. The course was your typical flat Nebraska run out on the MOPAC just east of Lincoln. Click for more / Podcast Player>The outdoor running / racing season has begun (at least for me!) here in Nebraska! Today we traveled down to Lincoln to run the 12th Annual State Farm 1M/5K/10M. I have to admit, the weather wasn’t all that great. It rained for most of the morning before the race and the conditions on the trail were very sloppy and wet. My shoes were destroyed! They announced that they had 1900 runners this year. I think only 1500 showed due to the rain. It was still a very well run race. Nice Job guys! 10 miles is kind of an odd

This is one podcast you dont want to miss. They may talk alot of tech but they make it so anyone can understand it. Dont get lost in the tech jungle list to what they say and do your research. Subscribe and be treated to a ton of knowlage.
