How To Setup Windows Live Essentials 2011 on Windows 7

If you’re moving from XP to Windows 7, you might be wondering where apps like Movie Maker, MSN Messenger, Outlook Express are. Windows Multipoint Server 2011 beta

November 13,2010 I’ve been having a look at Windows Multipoint Server 2010 this week. Sean Daniel released a slide deck for SMBNation Presentations on Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials and 2011 Standard. I noticed on slide 24, there is a reference to a product called Windows MulitPoint Server. So I downloaded the 2010 version and installed that on a 1TB drive on my Shuttle SG33G5M with a 880GT. Looks like you need to have a USB hub for each keyboard and mouse for each workstation and a video connection on your server for each monitor. All was going well,

YourName@Facebook .com? Take that Gmail!

If the battle between Facebook and Google for employees wasn’t enough (http://tcrn.ch/bDBOVg), they seem to be set to go head to head on email this Monday.  Many web sources are now saying that Facebook will begin to offer @Facebook.com email to it’s customers to compete with Gmail,and to make the deal sweeter, they are throwing in Office web apps integration to go up against Google’s Apps offering.   So watch for the battle to begin on Monday!  Will you switch to Facebook for email? Adding the Facebook “Like” Button to Your Blog Posts!

Ever wonder how people get that Facebook “like” button on their blog posts or anything for that matter?  It super simple and easy to do.  First, go to the helpful developers page at Facebook.  Click Here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like Second, copy the web address to your blog (in the case of this post here, it would be http://theaverageguy.tv/name-of-blog-post-here) to the “URL to Like” box on the page above. Third, look through the options for the layout.  They are easy to understand and you can hover over the (?) for each section to get help. Forth, click the button that says “Get Code”
